Additions:

Our goal when designing and building an addition to your house is to make it look like it has always been there—to make a "seamless" addition. One advantage to the design/build company is that the person who is designing the project will also be building the project and hence has a true grasp on what the project should cost. Too often, hiring an architect results in a fantastic plan that costs three times as much as your budget. We keep an eye on the bottom line from day one so there are no nasty surprises when you’re ready to build.

V.L. YURITCH BUILDERS, LLC offers two different options for construction your addition:

Stick framing utilizing roof trusses, engineer floor joist and beams.

Modular additions where additions are constructed in a factory and delivered.

Alterations:

Here are a few examples of interior work done by V.L. Yuritch Builders, LLC.

They consist of ceramic tile floors, wood vanities, custom cabinetry (with entertainment center and fireplace), raised panel wood doors, marble tub surrounds and marble vanity tops.

 

Complete Remodel:

This is a recent project we took on. We renovated all of the rooms from top to bottom. Before the house was dated, now it looks like new construction.

Concrete:

V.L. Yuritch Builders, LLCs can do a variety of projects in addition to what is shown in photos.
